Introducing our Assertiveness Skills Training

This course will teach participants how to effectively communicate in a confident and assertive manner.

Throughout this program, learners will discover how to maintain healthy boundaries, and confidently express their concerns.

This training is a mix of both theoretical and practical methodologies that help to promote assertiveness.

Embracing a Positive Mindset – Delving into key techniques to enhance positivity.

The Pillars of Assertiveness – Investigating the four essential elements of being assertive while providing opportunities for practice.

The Power of Language – Grasping crucial aspects of successful communication, covering topics such as; Expressing Your Feelings, Clarity, Persistence, Empathy, and Striving for Sensible Outcomes.

Preparing for Assertive Interactions – Gaining an understanding of ‘scripting’ as a means to develop an efficient and organic approach towards assertive exchanges through practice.

Reflecting on Assertiveness – An exercise that reinforces the motivation behind pursuing assertiveness while highlighting its attainability.
